UNIT 1. THE HUMAN BODY
A lo largo de esta unidad, el alumno debe alcanzar estos OBJETIVOS:
CONTENIDOS LINGÜÍSTICOS
- Cara: eyes, ears, nose, mouth, hair, tongue, eyebrows, eyelashes, cheeks, chin
- Articulaciones: knee, shoulder, ankle, wrist, elbow, hip
- Huesos: skeleton, skull, ribs, spine, femur, tibia, fibula, humerous, radius, ulna
- Músculos: contract, relax
- Órganos: heart, lungs, stomach, brain, skin
- Propiedades: hard / soft, elastic / rigid, rough / smooth, sweet / sour / salty / bitter, light / dark, bad / good (smells),
loud / quiet (sounds)
- Sentidos: taste, touch, smell, see, hear, sight, hearing
- Reconocer las principales articulaciones y cómo nos ayudan a movernos
- Clasificar partes conocidas del cuerpo en las tres secciones principales del mismo
- Reconocer que tenemos huesos y aprender cómo sostienen nuestro cuerpo y nosayudan a movernos
- Investigar un hueso y aprender algunas de sus propiedades
- Reconocer que tenemos músculos y aprender cómo nos ayudan a movernos
- Identificar algunos órganos internos, su situación y funciones principales
- Reconocer los sentidos y su función, y relacionar cada uno con su órgano
- Reconocer los cinco sentidos y lo que podemos percibir con ellos
- Repasar el contenido de la unidad
- Realizar una sencilla autoevaluación

The skeleton supports my body. The skull is your head bone. The spine is your back bone. Bones are hard and rigid. The (skull) protects the (brain). We think with our brain. We breathe with our lungs. With my (ears) I can (hear music). This is my sense of (touch). |
