UNIT 2. FOOD
A lo largo de esta unidad, el alumno será capaz de alcanzar los siguientes OBJETIVOS:
Aprender y nombrar los alimentos principales de nuestra dieta.
Aprender y nombrar los alimentos principales de nuestra dieta.
- Identificar los diferentes grupos de alimentos y clasificar alimentos comunes.
- Entender que el ser humano necesita comida y agua para sobrevivir.
- Entender que algunos alimentos nos ayudan a crecer, otros nos dan energía y otros nos mantienen sanos
- Usar el conocimiento de los grupos de alimentos para crear una dieta sana y equilibrada
- Animarse a comer cinco unidades de frutas y verduras al día
- Saber que el ejercicio, el sueño y la higiene, así como la comida sana y el agua, son necesarios para gozar de buena salud
- Aprender el proceso de fabricar pan.
- Clasificar algunos alimentos según su origen (trigo, leche, huevos)
- Repasar el contenido de la unidad.
- Realizar una sencilla autoevaluación.

Oh, grains are the foundation, so please take my advice Have five to eleven servings of bread, cereal, or rice three to five of vegitables, and four of fruits is best thier anti-oxidents and fiber help you to digest three servings of yogurt, milk, and cheese will help your bones and subsidise the cattle industry A body needs to grow and growing takes proteins that's why meat can be a tasty treat like fish or human beings And when you eat your sweets, make sure you try to limit your servings, or you'll DIE!!! EVERYBODY! My body is a pyramid that's made of healthy food so do what we say (yeah) eat right every day (food) I love you. |
